A.) I can't think of anything. I have been pleased with everything.

Q.) What did you have done?

A.) I have been going to him since he opened up his practice in Albuquerque some 7 or 8 years ago. I have had a lot done by him. I had a lot of fillings when I was younger and eventually I had a lot of my teeth capped. Dr. Zimmer did 6 of my crowns. Then he replaced 4 veneers on my front teeth; I had veneers prior to seeing Dr. Zimmer that had chipped. In fact, I have had chipped teeth since I was young and I wanted to get those teeth fixed and he did an excellent work. Dr. Zimmer's work is really top notch.

Q.) Can you tell me more about your story, why you chose Dr. Zimmer, and if there is anything about him that is noteworthy?

A.) I was going to the practice before he bought it. When came in, I was impressed by what I heard, what I saw from him, and then I was impressed by his work. I needed dental work and I thought that his dental work looked great. It was clearly better than the old dentist. I had a couple of caps done by the old dentist, and in comparison to that his work, Dr. Zimmer's crowns were far superior. The last dentist was good, it was not like that he was bad, but Dr. Zimmer was better. I believe he gets a lot of training. Even though he's finished his dental school training, he often goes to California for continuing training. He does a very good job.

A.) He probably started out as a 7, but has now excelled to a 9.

A.) I have and I do. I can't get my wife to him because she has been with her dentist for years. Q.)

A.) If anyone asks me for a referral to a dentist, I recommend them to Dr. Zimmer.

Q.) What would you recommend to Dr. Zimmer so that he can be more efficient at what he does?

A.) I think he is working on this, but sometimes he tends to be too much of a perfectionist and expects the same from his staff.

A.) I think Dr. Zimmer cares a lot about dentistry and learning as much as possible about dentistry. He does good work and cares about the quality of his work. That's important. The other thing about him that I like is that he knows what he is. If he doesn't have expertise on a given area in dentistry, he sends you to a very good specialist. Dr. Zimmer is all about the best, so if he can't do it, he will send you to someone who in his mind is the best. He has done that with me a couple of times and I really appreciate it. I am impressed by what he does.

Q.) Can you tell me more about your story, why you chose Dr. Zimmer, and if there is anything about him that is noteworthy?

A.) Dr. Zimmer and his staff take an extremely proactive approach to caring for their patients. Going to the dentist has always bee an uncomfortable necessity for me. My dental history is extensive and started when I had braces as a child. I learned that I had too many teeth in my small mouth. Needless to say, I spent time having oral surgery, and getting my braces tightened. I made regular dental check-up and cleaning appointments throughout my life since then to protect the investment my parents made. When Dr. Zimmer took over the Albuquerque practice, I was a bit weary, because I was comfortable with the previous dentist. I quickly learned that Dr. Zimmer is a perfectionist in dentistry, and really strives to stay on top of the latest trends, the best equipment and materials to use, as well as advanced cosmetic dentistry techniques. Having had so much dental care throughout my life (including getting my wisdom teeth extracted), I know that he is a professional that I can trust. His advice and diagnosis of my dental issues have resolved my concerns about my teeth. Dr. Zimmer always creates a comfortable and pain-free environment. The entire staff is friendly, and extremely professional. Everyone always makes you feel like they are happy to see you and they all enjoy their jobs. Their competency in what they do really helps to take away any fear or hesitation I have ever had in going to a dentist. The staff even calls the next day (after a filling or procedure) to ensure all is well, and the tooth or teeth are feeling ok. Recently, my teenage son had his braces removed, and is also a patient of Dr. Zimmer's. With Dr. Zimmer, I know he will always get the best care possible. I have recommended Dr. Zimmer to other friends who have also felt that Dr. Zimmer and his staff were exceptional in their trade. They immediately notice improvement in their teeth, and continue to return, knowing that they will be valued and cared for by Dr. Zimmer and his staff.

Q.) Can you tell me more about your story, why you chose Dr. Zimmer, and if there is anything about him that is noteworthy?

A.) When I first called Dr. Zimmer's office, I was in a desperate situation and did not know who to turn to and trust with the dental work that I needed at the time. Half of my front tooth had broken off and I was in a very emotional state of mind; let me emphasize my front tooth was half gone! The predicament I found myself in with half broken front tooth was caused by the dentist that I had had for many years. After my tooth broke, I did not trust that particular dentist to do any more work on my teeth and I felt I was going to have a hard time trusting anyone else. I spent several hours surfing the Web and making phone calls to dental offices in the Albuquerque areA.) I also asked co-workers for referrals to their family dentist. I didn't get a good gut feeling about any of the offices that I called, so I kept searching, and then I finally came upon Dr. Zimmer's website. His site showed before and after pictures of individuals that he had provided dental services for, and I was impressed by the results shown by the pictures. I also, liked his reviews and read that he had been named Albuquerque's "Top Dentist in Albuquerque," by Albuquerque's The Magazine. I could only pray and hope that he would be a good dentist, and that he would provide the extra care that I needed for my front tooth. Now I can testify that Dr. Zimmer did a superb job on my front teeth and I am, and have been, extremely happy with the work that he provided and the care that he and his staff have given my husband and me. If you are in a similar situation or have been looking for a good, knowledgeable, and experienced dentist, I would not hesitate to call Dr. Zimmer.
