A.) NO, I don't. I am have been working in my laboratory for 35 years.

A.) He is very good - I'd give him a 10. His impressions are very good and very clean.

Q. Preparation Margins: 10

A.) I have to give him a 10 again on this. His margins are very good and we never have any problems with his impressions.

A.) Very good again. The same scale - 10.

Q. Adequate Preparation for Porcelain: 10

A.) Very much a 10 - he cuts beautiful veneers.

Q. Preparation Design: 10

A.) He knows what he is doing.

Q. Lab Communication: 9

A.) We communicate extensively regarding the cases. He provides me with everything I need: photos, details about the tooth, and clear instructions for the lab. I would give him a 9.

A.) I have known him for probably 20 years now, if not more. He is very detailed.

Q.) What else can you tell me about Dr. Zimmer ?

A.) He takes great care of his patients. He is a very detail-oriented person. He knows what he and his patients want; he can visualize the case before he starts, which some dentists can't do. He is pretty good and we communicate clearly. His practice used to be in California and I met him back when he used to be very close to the laboratory. He is very good at what he does and I think he is one of the few good dentists.

Q.) If you or your family needed a dentist, would you go to Dr. Zimmer?

A.) Oh yeah, without a doubt, definitely.

Q.) What can Dr. Zimmer do to become even better? What would you recommend?

A.) The only thing that I can recommend is that he improve the visibility of his photos. I mean the digital images of the tooth. Other than that, his communication is very good and there isn't much to improve on. He likes doing what he does. He knows his stuff. I think he should really be considered one of the Top 3 Dentists in his areA.)

A.) He is a very detailed dentist who is constantly learning about how to effectively communicate.
